RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1. Efficient Mobilization of Services

Natco Overseas Ltd. maintains a comprehensive, computerized database of applicants, enabling us to respond swiftly to client needs. Upon receiving a request from our principals, we immediately begin mobilization by utilizing this database. Additionally, we expand our candidate pool through advertisements in various media, partnerships with District Government Manpower offices, technical training institutes (both government and private), agent-assisted recruitment, direct hiring, and access to the BAIRA and BOESL databases. Our proactive technical mobilization team works continuously to recruit applicants, ensuring a steady pool of talent is available even when no immediate requirements exist. Trade tests are conducted as per employer specifications to ensure the highest standards are met.

2. Pre-Screening Process

Our team includes experienced technical evaluators with expertise gained in Middle Eastern markets and local industries such as shipbuilding and heavy engineering. For each client requirement, we pre-screen and line up three times the number of candidates needed, unless otherwise directed by the client. This ensures ample choice for the employer and minimizes recruitment gaps.

Most clients prefer that we handle this stage, trusting our expertise to ensure only the most qualified and capable workers are selected. We take full responsibility for verifying the qualifications and skillsets of the workers we recommend.

4. Probationary Period

To allow employers to assess worker performance on-site, we offer a three-month probationary period. If any worker selected by Natco Overseas Ltd. is deemed unqualified or medically unfit during this time, we take full responsibility for their repatriation. However, this guarantee does not apply to workers directly chosen by the client.

This is achieved with the assistance of our dedicated Liaison Officers, who coordinate with relevant institutions and government offices to expedite the process.

6.Deployment Notifications

Flight schedules for deployed workers are shared with employers at least three days in advance. Any changes to the schedule are promptly communicated. Employers also receive detailed information about the workers, including their categories, salaries, blood types, and uniform and shoe sizes, among other pertinent details.
