Natco Overseas Part

Carefully handled by our skilled and experienced staffs

The pre-selection stage involves disseminating job or contract opportunities through advertisements in local mass media to attract potential candidates. In many instances, Natco Overseas Ltd. leverages its existing pool of applicants, including those returning from overseas assignments or individuals on a waiting list for new job openings. Additionally, Natco Overseas Ltd. maintains a comprehensive computer database of current and prospective applicants, encompassing individuals from diverse backgrounds with various skills and expertise.

The entire pre-selection process is conducted by our dedicated recruiting manager and team of executives, who evaluate candidates based on the following criteria:

Capability
Competence
Knowledge
Experience
Work quality and job completion standards

We prioritize selecting applicants through oral or practical tests conducted directly by the employer or their authorized representative. To facilitate this process, we take full responsibility for arranging accommodations, transportation, and any logistical support required.

If the selection and testing responsibilities are delegated to us, we carry out the process with the assistance of a team of experts specializing in technical and professional categories. This is done under the direct supervision of our experienced executives at our cutting-edge Trade Test Center. For specialized and intricate engineering tasks, we offer advanced testing facilities  utilizing the latest techniques and technologies available.

At Natco Overseas Ltd. we take pride in delivering a highly skilled workforce. To uphold our standards, we continuously refine and adapt our trade testing processes to meet the evolving demands and expectations of various professional sectors.

At Natco Overseas Ltd., we have developed a tailor-made, web-based project management application that allows our partners, including employers and other project stakeholders, to monitor the real-time progress of every individual’s processing workflow. Our system is continuously updated to ensure that each worker’s file reflects the most current status and information.

Once a project is initiated, we provide the employer with a unique user ID and password, granting them secure access to the system to track and oversee every stage of the process seamlessly.

Natco Overseas Ltd. takes full responsibility for gathering all essential documents from applicants or candidates. These include copies of passports, visas, biodata, photographs, health certificates, academic qualifications, employment contracts, and any other required documentation, ensuring they are properly compiled for presentation to our clients. Each worker is assigned a personal file containing these documents for streamlined deployment.

Additionally, Natco Overseas Ltd. secures all necessary approvals and permissions from relevant government authorities and legal institutions to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth processing.

Unlike many other recruitment agencies, Natco Overseas Ltd. goes beyond simply collecting documents and placing them in workers’ personal files. We take proactive steps to verify the authenticity of each document on behalf of our clients. For example, we confirm the validity of educational certificates directly with the relevant education boards and conduct thorough checks of police records to ensure that every worker deployed through our agency has a clean and reliable background.

Once a candidate successfully clears the initial stage of selection, they are sent for a medical examination at a modern, authorized medical center approved by the embassy of the employing country. These facilities strictly adhere to international medical standards to ensure accuracy and reliability. Natco Overseas Ltd. ensures that every individual deployed to the client’s organization is in excellent physical and mental health.

For candidates traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is mandatory for them to undergo medical examinations at GAMCA-approved medical centers, as stipulated by local regulations.

On behalf of the selected candidates, Natco Overseas Ltd. handles the visa application process at the respective embassy, as authorized by the employer. For countries such as the UAE, Qatar, and Oman, we forward a complete set of required documents to our clients, enabling them to submit these to the relevant ministries in their respective countries for visa processing.

Once the visa is issued, Natco Overseas Ltd. ensures the following:

  • Verification: We cross-check the employment contract to ensure it aligns with the final contract clauses, safeguarding the rights of the employees.
  • Documentation: All necessary paperwork is meticulously prepared.
  • Medical Clearance: Medical tests are processed through our dedicated Natco Medical Center.
  • Police Clearance: We obtain police clearance certificates for the candidates.

Once visa confirmation is received, either from the embassy or the employer, Natco Overseas Ltd. enrolls all prospective workers in a comprehensive orientation program. This newly implemented initiative is designed to enhance their understanding of their career paths and prepare them for their roles.

The orientation process, which typically lasts 10-15 days, focuses on the following key areas:

  • Understanding the Employer: Providing insights into the business entity they will serve.
  • Familiarization with Labor Laws: Educating workers about labor regulations and contract conditions.
  • Behavioral Guidelines: Outlining the do’s and don’ts during the employment period.
  • Destination Country Laws: Offering detailed knowledge about the laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Rights and Responsibilities: Ensuring workers are fully aware of their rights and obligations.
  • Language Training: Preparing workers to adapt by teaching basic operational language skills as needed. For example, if they are employed by a Chinese management company and knowledge of Chinese is required, we provide foundational language training and encourage further learning during pre-selection interviews.
  • Soft Skill Development: Emphasizing the importance of communication and professional demeanor. We train employees to develop essential soft skills to ensure they are presentable and confident in their work environment.

This orientation equips workers with the tools they need to excel in their roles and adapt to new environments effectively.

The employer may either provide a Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA) or transfer the necessary travel expenses to Natco Overseas Ltd. to ensure the smooth scheduling of the workers' travel arrangements. Additionally, we handle the emigration clearance process for the candidates by liaising with the relevant government authorities.

Alongside the orientation process, our IATA-approved travel agency is responsible for booking flight seats for the workers who have reported. Employers are required to send us the flight confirmation and PTA to facilitate the travel arrangements for the selected workers.

Flight Schedule:
We provide the employer with flight details at least 24 hours in advance, allowing them to make the necessary arrangements for picking up the traveling workers.

Deployment Schedule:
Once deployment occurs, we promptly notify our clients via email or fax, sending a deployment message to ensure the workers are picked up on time.

At Natco Overseas Ltd., our commitment extends beyond the deployment of workers. We ensure that the workers are promptly received by the company's representative at the airport. We also maintain close communication with our clients to confirm that the workers are properly employed and meet the required standards. In the event of a crisis, such as job cuts or employee reductions, we mediate between the employer and employees to reach a resolution that benefits both parties.

Repatriation:
If a recruited worker is found to be unfit due to medical reasons or lack of skills in their designated trade, we typically replace the worker at our own expense. Alternatively, we adhere to the terms outlined in the agreement between the relevant parties to resolve the situation.
