Worker Categorization

All collected data is meticulously organized into distinct categories based on skill level—Skilled, Semi-Skilled, and Unskilled. Further subcategories are created based on specific job types, ensuring precise matching for various roles.

Psychological Assessments

To evaluate the suitability of candidates, we administer intelligence tests to measure general aptitude. Additionally, a psychological evaluation is conducted to check mental stability.

Scrutiny and Background Checks

Our highly experienced team conducts detailed interviews with each candidate, reviews their qualifications, verifies submitted documents, and assesses their behavior and preferences. Comprehensive background checks are carried out to ensure security and reliability, following a redundant verification process for added accuracy.

Medical and Health Screening

All shortlisted candidates undergo thorough medical and physical fitness evaluations at certified medical facilities. This ensures they are physically capable and healthy enough to perform their designated roles. Immunization checks are also conducted to meet job and travel requirements

Orientation and Training Program

We provide a structured and well-coordinated orientation and training program to prepare candidates for their roles. This program helps them adapt to the job's requirements and the cultural environment of the host country.

Registration, Fingerprinting, and Documentation

Each selected candidate is officially registered with the appropriate authorities. Their fingerprint data, along with personal and medical records, are securely stored in the government database for future reference. Necessary documentation is processed promptly to meet all regulatory requirements.

Manpower Dispatch

To ensure the smooth and timely deployment of workers, we operate our own travel agency, The Air Bridge Tours & Travels. We also collaborate with reliable domestic and international travel agencies. Strong partnerships with airlines operating between Bangladesh and destination countries further streamline the dispatch process.

Performance Monitoring

Our responsibilities extend beyond deployment. We monitor the performance of dispatched workers to identify and address any issues in the operational pipeline. With overseas offices, we are well-equipped to oversee and support workers abroad.
